Membership Pricing
$75 monthly membership per person, $75 additional person in the same household per month with maximum $200 per household
Yearly contract needed for above pricing
• Household = individuals living at the same address.
•Employers may choose to cover full or partial fees
• Employees can opt to add household members

🛡️ Important Coverage Reminder Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership is not health insurance and does not satisfy ACA requirements. For hospitalizations, emergency care, or catastrophic health events, we strongly recommend maintaining health insurance coverage or pair DPC with cost sharing group. DPC works best as a complement to insurance—not a replacement—offering personalized, accessible care for everyday health needs.
